The Cleanevent Management System (CMS) was first developed by Cleanevent prior to the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Since then, it has been continually refined and today represents the most advanced project planning and management system designed exclusively for the cleaning and waste management industry.
Over the years, Cleanevent's team of in-house developers has refined the system, working closely with our venue and event managers and their clients. Today, that experience is available to all our clients in the Cleanevent Event Management Systems (CEMS) and the Cleanevent Venue Management System (CVMS).
The Cleanevent software systems help our clients by allowing us to:
- plan staff allocation and logistics to manage cost and performance on site automatically create timelines and milestones for events, including pre and post clean
- establish an on-site nerve center at major events, with minute by minute situation updates
- react quickly to changing conditions or new situations
- monitor service delivery on a day to day basis to meet agreed commitments and standards
- learn from events and venues around the world and bring that knowledge to our clients locally
- create reports for our clients that detail the activities at their venue or event
- train our staff with consistent operational procedures, enabling them to deliver the same high level of service at events and venues anywhere in the world
